Welcome to KMNShop, operated by KMN Systems ("we", "us", "our"). KMNShop is an online marketplace platform connecting customers with independent third-party vendors.

1. Marketplace Role

KMNShop acts solely as a marketplace facilitator. Products listed are sold by independent vendors who are responsible for product accuracy, legality, and fulfillment.

2. Payments

• Payments are securely processed via PayFast.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.
• KMNShop deducts a 10% commission from vendor sales.
• KMNShop is not currently VAT registered.

3. Order Processing

Orders are marked as paid once confirmed by the payment gateway. Vendors are responsible for dispatch and delivery.

4. Cooling-Off Period

Customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period after delivery, subject to South African consumer protection laws.

5. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are handled directly by the vendor. KMNShop may assist with dispute resolution but is not liable for vendor decisions.

6. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for product quality, delivery, refunds, and compliance with applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

KMNShop is not liable for vendor product defects, shipping delays, or indirect damages.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, remove listings, or restrict access in cases of misconduct.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
